STORE VISITS. 23.1 An authorized representative or executive officer of the Union shall be permitted, after notifying the Manager, to talk with an employee regarding Union matters during regular working hours. The interview of such employee by the Union representative or executive officer, shall be carried on in a place provide for and designated by Management. Time taken for such interview in excess of five (5) minutes shall not be on the Employer’s time. 23.2 A bulletin board shall be placed in the lunchroom or another mutually agreeable location, and is to be designated for Union notices only. All notices posted must be initialed by the Human Resources Manager or his designate.
