STORE VISITS. 25.1 An authorized representative or executive officer of the Union shall be permitted, after notifying the Managers, to talk with an employee regarding Union matters during regular working hours. The interview of such employee by the Union Representative or executive officer, shall be carried on in a place provided for and designated by the Company. Time taken for such interview in excess of five (5) minutes shall not be on Company time.
