Common use of Store Card or Decal Clause in Contracts

Store Card or Decal. The Union agrees to furnish to the Employer Union Store Cards and/or Decals for each of the Employer's stores. Such cards or decals shall remain the property of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union and shall be surrendered to the Union upon demand. The Employer shall display such Union Cards or Decals in the meat department and a conspicuous area accessible to the public in each establishment covered by this Agreement.
