Stop Loss. The Contractor shall participate in a stop loss protection program in accordance with S.C. Code ▇▇▇. §▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ (Supp. 2000, as amended). The Contractor shall submit a copy of the third party reinsurance contract to SCDOI prior to its execution of this Contract and initial SCHIP enrollment.
