Within fourteen (14) days after the Effective Date of this Agreement, Plaintiffs and Defendants shall jointly file voluntary dismissal stipulations without prejudice under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) in the lawsuits styled as Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Inc. et al. v. U.S. EPA et al., 1:20-cv-2529, and State of Maryland et al. x.
