Common use of Step Two – Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Step Two – Superintendent. i. The grievance must be filed in writing no later than ten (10) days after the decision of the immediate supervisor from Step One. ii. The Superintendent or the Superintendent’s representative shall thoroughly review the grievance, arrange for necessary discussions, and give a written answer to the Association, no later than ten (10) school days after the receipt of the written grievance.
