Step Two – Superintendent. i. If the complaint, dispute, controversy or disagreement is not resolved under Step One, the original grievance, together with the response of the Principal, shall be presented in writing to the Superintendent within ten (10) school days after the Building Principal’s written response. ii. Within ten (10) school days following the filing of the grievance with the Superintendent, he or she shall notify the grievant and his/her representative, if any, in writing, concerning his or her response to the grievance.
