Step 2. If the reply of the Administrator of Employee Relations or designate is not acceptable to the Bargaining Unit, the Bargaining Unit may make a written request within five (5) days to the Director of Education or designate who shall answer the grievance in writing within five (5) days after receipt of the grievance.
