STC'S RESPONSIBILITIES. Without in any way limiting the responsibilities of STC elsewhere stated in this Agreement, STC shall have the following additional responsibilities:
STC'S RESPONSIBILITIES a) Courses at STC. STC will ensure that all of its courses related to this Agreement are taught by qualified faculty holding appropriate and acceptable degrees and/orcredentials as outlined by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) Comprehensive Standards or appropriate regional accreditation standards.
