Activations. To the best knowledge of each Selling Party, all activations of radiotelephone service pursuant to the Customer Activation Agreements and all other activations of radiotelephone service reported by the Seller to Airtouch for payment pursuant to the Airtouch Agreement are good and collectible. All such activations are valid, genuine and subsisting, arise out of bona fide sales of radiotelephone service.

Suspend Status: Reseller has the ability to suspend an active account for two (2) consecutive months after the initial 180 Day period for any reason. Any additional months Reseller will be charged the monthly rate plus a Re-Activation fee of $25 per line billable immediately.

STC will make available sufficient blocks of MINs for all major cellular service markets in the U.S.

Certain carriers may require a deposit equal to the cost of the activations you intend to carry out over any given 30-day period. ISPWN facilitates this through use of an “E-Wallet” whereby credits are issued for payments, and deducted for activations, pro-rates & service fees. The billing cycle for wireless services shall be “Anniversary Date Billing” as defined in section 3 of the Master Service Agreement.
Activations. (a) Company shall activate all Subscription (each, an “Activation”) in accordance with the procedures set forth on Exhibit A, as changed by Sirius from time to time, in its sole discretion.
