This Agreement is governed by, and is to be construed in accordance with, the laws of New South Wales and each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of New South Wales, Australia You undertake, warrant and represent to us, with the intention that the following undertakings, warranties and representations are repeated each time you provide instructions to us:
