Amending Agreement. The Trustees are directed to amend the Trust Agreement or the Pension Plan to be consistent with the provisions of this Agreement. The Trustees shall have discretion in acting on claims for benefits under the plan subject to review only in accordance with the arbitrary and capricious standard.
Amending Agreement. Notwithstanding other provisions of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not be amended, changed or altered except in writing and with approval by authorized representatives of both parties.

Amending Agreement. The Business Associate and the Covered Entity agree to take such action as is necessary to amend this Agreement from time to time in order that the Covered Entity can continue to comply with the requirements of the Privacy and Security Rules and case law that interprets the Privacy and Security Rules.
