Combined Single Limit: $ 1,000,000 Professional Liability/Errors & Omissions. Single Limit: $1,000,000 Aggregate: $1,000,000 Additional Insureds. The Contractor's third-party liability insurance policies shall include the Owner and its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, partners, successors, and assigns as additional insureds. The policy endorsement must extend premises operations and products/completed operations to the additional insureds. The additional insured endorsement for the CGL insurance must be written on ISO Form CG 20 10 (11/85), a CG 20 37 (07/04) together with CG 20 33 (07/04), or the equivalent; but shall not use the following forms: CG 20 10 (10/93) or CG 20 10 (03/94).
