Statutory Clause Sample Clauses
A Statutory Clause is a contractual provision that incorporates or references specific requirements mandated by law or regulation. In practice, this clause ensures that the contract complies with relevant statutes, such as labor laws, safety standards, or industry-specific regulations, by explicitly stating that certain legal obligations are part of the agreement. Its core function is to guarantee legal compliance within the contract, reducing the risk of inadvertent violations and providing clarity about the parties' obligations under applicable law.
