Common use of Statutes Clause in Contracts

Statutes. This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Whenever under this Contract reference is made to a provision in the Wisconsin Statutes or United States Code or implementing code, rule, or regulation, and such provision is subsequently amended by the Wisconsin Legislature, United States Congress or state or federal administrative agency, such reference in this Contract shall be deemed to be amended to conform to the new law, code, rule, or regulation.
