Common use of Statutes of Limitations Clause in Contracts

Statutes of Limitations. Each Merchant and each Guarantor agree that any claim, whether sounding in contract, tort, law, equity, or otherwise, that is not asserted against CEDAR within one year after its accrual will be time barred.
