STATUTES AND POLICY. IV-1 The Board and the Association shall abide by all applicable State and Federal statutes, rules, and regulations. No agreement shall abrogate the legal rights, obligations, and duties of the Board vested in it by Oklahoma Law. The Board reserves unto itself the right to make policy and direct all the operations of the school district. To achieve the educational objectives of the district, the Board shall adopt such rules, regulations, and policies it may deem necessary. Such rules, regulations, and policies shall be limited by the specific and expressed terms of this Agreement or those written agreements which contain items mutually agreed upon by both the Board the Association.
