Status of the User. The Guarantor assumes responsibility for being and remaining informed of the financial condition of the User and of all other circumstances bearing upon the risk of non- performance of the Obligations which diligent inquiry would reveal and agrees that the Guaranteed Party shall not have any duty to advise the Guarantor of information known to it regarding such condition or any such circumstances.
