Status; Notifications. Subject to applicable Law and except as otherwise required by any Governmental Entity, Versum and Entegris each shall keep the other apprised of the status of material matters relating to completion of the Transactions, including promptly furnishing the other with copies of notices or other substantive communications received by Versum or Entegris, as applicable, or any of its Subsidiaries, from any third party and/or any Governmental Entity with respect to the Transactions.
