Statements Upon Dissolution. By no later than one hundred twenty (120) days after the dissolution and termination of the Company, each of the Members shall be furnished with statements similar, so far as may be practicable, to those set forth in Section 10.2 hereof prepared by the certified public accountant for the Company as of and for the period ending with the date of complete liquidation.
Statements Upon Dissolution. By no later than one hundred twenty (120) days after the dissolution of the Company, each of the Parties that hold a Percentage Interest shall be furnished with statements prepared by the certified public accountant for the Company in accordance with the provisions of Section 18.1 as of and for the period ending with the date of complete liquidation.
