Heirs and Executors. All of the terms, agreements and conditions of this Indemnity shall extend to and be binding upon the Indemnifier and the Indemnifier's heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, and shall enure to the benefit of and may be enforced by the Landlord, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
