(a) On each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall provide or make available electronically to the Depositor, the Underwriters, the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Controlling Class Representative, each Rating Agency, the Holders of each Class of Certificates and, upon their written request to the Trustee, any Certificate Owners of the Book-Entry Certificates as may be identified to the reasonable satisfaction of the Trustee, a statement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (a "Distribution Date Statement"), together with the CMSA Bond Level File, the CMSA Collateral Summary File and the Mortgage Pool Data Update Report, based on information provided to it by the Master Servicer and/or the Special Servicer, setting forth, without limitation:
