Companion Register. The Companion Paying Agent shall maintain a register (the “Companion Register”) with respect to each Serviced Companion Loan on which it will record the names and address of, and wire transfer instructions for, the Companion Holders from time to time, to the extent such information is provided in writing to it by each Companion Holder. In the event a Companion Holder transfers a Companion Loan without notice to the Companion Paying Agent, the Companion Paying Agent shall have no liability for any misdirected payment in such Companion Loan and shall have no obligation to recover and redirect such payment. The Companion Paying Agent shall promptly provide the name and address of the Companion Holder to any party hereto or any successor Companion Holder upon written request and any such Person may, without further investigation, conclusively rely upon such information.
