Registry Operator represents and warrants that all material information provided and statements made in connection with the registry TLD application and during the negotiations of this Agreement were true and correct in all material respects at the time made, and that such information or statements continue to be true and correct in all material respects as of the Effective Date except as otherwise disclosed in writing by Registry Operator to ICANN.
