STATE STANDARDS. (a) The Contractor must adhere to all existing standards as described within the comprehensive listing of the State’s existing technology standards at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/dmb/0,4568,7-150-56355-108233--,00.html (b) To the extent that Contractor has access to the State’s computer system, Contractor must comply with the State’s Acceptable Use Policy, see ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/cybersecurity/0,1607,7- 217-34395_34476---,00.html. All Contractor Personnel will be required, in writing, to agree to the State’s Acceptable Use Policy before accessing the State’s system. The State reserves the right to terminate Contractor’s access to the State’s system if a violation occurs. (c) Contractor is not authorized to make changes to any State systems without prior written authorization from the State’s Project Manager. Any changes Contractor makes to any State systems with the State’s approval must be done according to applicable State procedures, including security, access, and configuration standards.
