State Recovery of Ineligible Reimbursements. NYSDOT shall be entitled to recover from the Municipality/Sponsor any monies paid to the Municipality/Sponsor pursuant to this Agreement which are subsequently determined to be ineligible for Federal aid or Marchiselli Aid hereunder.
