State Certification Code. It is understood and agreed that the District, in employing bargaining unit employees, will comply with the requirements set forth in the State Certification Code. Section I: The ▇▇▇▇ Act Whenever either party becomes aware of a request of revocation of certification (under the ▇▇▇▇ Act) that party shall, within five (5) working days, notify the other party of such request.
