Starbucks. The following summarizes our discussion regarding the installation of Starbucks operations in identified Metro stores that are subject to the Sav-A-Centre (SAC) Collective Agreement between the parties dated September 30, 2019. Starbucks at these locations will be considered to be part of the store, managed by the Store Manager and covered by the aforementioned Collective Agreement. The following sets out those Collective Agreement terms applicable to the Starbucks that differ from said Collective Agreement. a) All employees, full and part time, who work in the Starbucks, will be covered by the terms of the Collective Agreement, but like the in-store pharmacies, the Starbucks will be considered a separate department. That is to say, there will be no posting, bumping, or claiming of hours into or out of the Starbucks.
Starbucks requires the Landlord to pay the Tenant an improvement Allowance in the amount of $25.00 per square foot or $45,075.00. We require the Tenant to state in their estoppel certificate that they are no longer owed the Tenant improvement Allowance. The estoppel will state that the Landlord’s Contribution obligations have been satisfactorily completed by Landlord, or Seller will provide written confirmation reasonably satisfactory to Buyer as to the foregoing. “EXCEPTION 11; ACCESS EASEMENT. All other related articles throughout the Collective Agreement shall be considered amended to conform with a forty (40) hour work week.
