STANDING RULES. Standing rules shall be approved annually by the negotiations teams at the beginning of the negotiations sessions. Such rules remain in effect until modified, but may be amended annually and shall be limited to determining the procedures or guidelines under which the teams shall operate. No rules shall be adopted in conflict with this article.
STANDING RULES. The Joint Manufacturing Committee may establish such standing rules as it may determine are necessary.

STANDING RULES. Chapter (Division) dues shall be due 1 January each year. Persons not paid at that time shall be deemed lapsed members, and not eligible to vote.
