Common use of STANDBY CHARGES Clause in Contracts

STANDBY CHARGES. In consideration of Buyer's requirement for standby service for Buyer's requirements in Priority-of-Service Category 9, Buyer agrees to pay Seller the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per month as a standby charge. This charge shall be in addition to any other monies charged for standby volumes delivered in Priority-of-Service Category 9 from Seller's system supply.
