The "Standards and Requirements" clause sets out the specific criteria, benchmarks, or regulations that parties must adhere to in fulfilling their obligations under the agreement. Standards and Requirements. The Supplier shall (and shall procure that its Subcontractors) provide the Supply and perform all other obligations under this Agreement in an expeditious manner and at all times in accordance with:
(a) all applicable Laws and Consents;
(b) the specific requirements of Schedule A (Scope of Goods and Services), Schedule D (Specific Deliverables), Schedule E (Time Schedule for Supply), Schedule G (Project Budget) and the instructions of the City;
(c) the City Policies; and
(d) where no higher standard is expressly required of the Supplier under this Agreement, Good Industry Practice,

2. TTUHSC agrees to obtain and maintain accreditation with the American Correctional Association (ACA) in conjunction with TDCJ’s schedule for unit reaccreditation and initial unit accreditation. The accreditation schedule is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit F.
Standards and Requirements. 3.1 The Business or Authorised User, as applicable agrees that it will, at all times during the continuation of its Membership, comply with the Standards & Requirements applicable to its treatment of its Certifiable Animals and Certifiable Goods in respect of which a Certificate or Certificates have been granted, and with the terms of this Agreement.
3.2 Where the Business is an Authorised User, it further agrees to comply with the Regulations at all times during the continuation of its Membership. Where the Member is an Authorised User, to further ensure that the Certifiable Goods are sourced and supplied by other Members as it is essential that the end product bearing the Certification Mark has been sourced and supplied in this way. The Member applying the Certification Mark to the end Certifiable Goods must ensure traceability.
3.3 RSPCA Assured may, from time to time, adopt any variations made by the RSPCA to Standards & Requirements. These variations will not normally be made without consultation with the relevant Working Group or Working Groups.
3.4 RSPCA Assured may, from time to time, and in its absolute discretion, issue supplemental requirements to the Business or vary any existing supplemental requirements. Such requirements and variations shall be incorporated into the Standards & Requirements.
3.5 RSPCA Assured may, from time to time, and in its absolute discretion, issue amendments and variations to the Regulations and the terms of this Agreement or vary or amend any existing variations or amendments. Such amendments and variations shall be automatically incorporated into the existing Regulations and/or this Agreement.
3.6 Where RSPCA Assured adopts such variations, amendments or supplemental requirements to the Standards & Requirements, the Regulations and/or this Agreement, no such variation, amendment and/or supplemental requirement shall affect the use of the Certification Mark by the Business or the Authorised User unless the Business or Authorised user has had 60 days’ written notice of the variation, amendment and/or supplemental requirement and that variation, amendment and/or supplemental requirement has been filed with the Registrar of Trade Marks at the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office, except where the variation, amendment and/or supplemental requirement is required within a shorter period by legislation or by exceptional circumstances and such shorter period has meant that the variation, amendment or supplemental requi...

When the Contract Documents refer to standards, building codes, manufacturers’ instructions, or other documents, unless otherwise specified, then the current edition as of the effective date of the Agreement shall apply. It shall be the responsibility of the Architect to address revisions or amendments to applicable codes or standards which arise after the effective date of the Agreement and until Final Completion, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement between Owner and Architect. Requirements of public authorities apply as minimum requirements only and do not supersede more stringent specified requirements.

Throughout the term of this Amendment, Provider shall, in addition to the requirements of the Provider Agreement, require Participating Providers to: (i) provide Covered Services in a manner consistent with all accepted standards of professional practice; (ii) adhere to all ethical standards and requirements, local, state and federal laws and regulations; (iii) dress professionally and be located in a physical environment conducive to an effective, private conversation when providing the Covered Services; and (iv) maintain access to a supported computer and web browser, a high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable modem, T1) and web camera, all in accordance with the Platform’s requirements. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms set forth in Section 1 herein and those in the Provider Agreement, the terms in the Provider Agreement shall prevail and supersede any such inconsistent terms.

All documents submitted to the County shall show the name of the preparer and dated. All draft engineering documents shall show the name and license number of the engineer/surveyor in charge of the work. In addition to hardcopies, consultant shall submit deliverables in electronic formats as may be requested by County: • PDF files are typically required of all submittals (including plans). Pdf files shall be of a high quality and true to the original document. Printing directly to pdf file format will be done whenever possible, in lieu of scanning a hardcopy. Plan details shall include a graphical scale (so that the graphical scale will be correct regardless of the size the pdf is plotted). • When requested, consultant shall submit the complete electronic source files in a readily usable format (no password protection or locked files) with all supporting files, input and output, as may be applicable. • The final project plans will be on 11x17 paper.
