STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide the Ordered Software Application Solutions and meet its responsibilities and obligations hereunder in accordance with the Standards and Regulations. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall discuss with the CUSTOMER any conflict that the SERVICE PROVIDER reasonably believes that there is or will be between any of the Standards and Regulations or between any of the Standards and Regulations and any other obligation under this Contract, and shall comply with the CUSTOMER’s decision on the resolution of that conflict.
