The University follows the same general timetable, 12 process, and standards of performance for evaluation and promotion as do many other public 13 research universities, particularly AAU institutions. The University also considers AAUP 14 guidelines for tenure review and promotion. All department or unit review guidelines shall be 15 established and revised by the processes set out in Article 4.
