Standards and Codes. Whenever references are made in the Agreement to standards or codes in accordance with which the goods are to be manufactured or tested, the edition or revision of the standards or codes current on the effective date of this Agreement shall apply, unless otherwise expressly set forth. Unless otherwise specified, reference to such standards or codes is solely for implementation of the technical portions of such standards and codes. In case of conflict among any referenced standards and codes, or between any referenced standards and codes and the Technical Specifications, MTS will determine which will govern.
