STANDARD SPECIAL PROVISION. MINIMUM WAGES (7-21-09) Z-5 FEDERAL: The Fair Labor Standards Act provides that with certain exceptions every employer shall pay wages at the rate of not less than SEVEN DOLLARS AND TWENTY FIVE CENTS ($7.25) per hour.
