STANDARD PRIMARY CONDUCTORS OFFERING. The Cooperative may at its option provide a single span of overhead primary conductor, one pole, associated hardware and a service drop as long as the permanent structure to be served is expected to be on continuous service for at least five (5) years. To be eligible for this contribution, the estimated annual revenue from the extension must be adequate to assure that the Cooperative investment will be fully reimbursed within five (5) years from the date of installation.
