Line Extension Policy. (a) The Cable Television System shall be extended automatically, at the Licensee’s sole cost and expense to any and all areas of the Town containing fifteen (15) Subscribers per aerial mile of cable plant or fractional proportion thereof, and/or twenty-five (25) Subscribers per underground mile of cable plant or fractional proportion thereof both as measured from the existing Trunk and Distribution System. The Licensee shall file for all necessary permits no later than sixty (60) days after receipt of a Subscriber’s request. The Licensee shall expeditiously seek all necessary permits. Said Service shall be made available and fully activated to requesting Subscribers no later than ninety (90) days after all necessary permits are obtained.

Line Extension Policy. Within the boundaries of the Service Area, Grantee shall extend service upon request to any person or business for no charge other than the then prevailing normal installation charge unless the Grantee demonstrates to the Grantor's satisfaction that extraordinary circumstances justify a waiver of this requirement.
Line Extension Policy. All residents who request cable television service in the City not currently serviceable to the existing cable plant, will be forwarded to Grantee's engineering department. The resulting cost shall equal the per Subscriber contribution relating to line extension of Cable Service in that particular area of the Town, or (C/LE) – (CA/P) = SC * C equals the cost of construction of new plant from the nearest point of existing Trunk and Distribution plant; * CA equals the average cost of construction per mile in the primary service area for construction pursuant to Section 3.1 herein; * P equals the 25 Subscribers per linear mile of cable plant; * LE equals the number of dwellings requesting service and paying the Subscriber cost contribution for construction in the line extension area; and * SC equals the per Subscriber contribution in aid of construction in the line extension area.
Line Extension Policy. Where potential Subscribers reside in an area of the Franchise Area with a dwelling density that does not meet the prescribed minimum density requirements set out in Sub-subsection 3.1.1.1 of the Agreement (“Low Density Area”), Franchisee shall extend service to such potential Subscribers in the Low Density Area if the potential subscribers agree to share in the incremental costs of extending the cable plant according to the following formula:
