The "Standard Issue" clause defines the default or baseline terms, products, or services that will be provided under an agreement. In practice, this clause specifies what is included as part of the standard offering, such as the typical model of equipment, level of service, or set of deliverables, and may distinguish these from any optional or premium upgrades. Its core function is to set clear expectations for both parties regarding what is automatically included, thereby reducing misunderstandings and disputes over what constitutes the basic obligations under the contract.
