Standard Form. JM shall return to SMC, in accordance with this Agreement, the respective percentages of platinum, palladium and rhodium in the Filter Cake in the form of sponge, and of gold and silver in the Filter Cake in the form of grain, in each case conforming to the respective percentages of minimum purity as set forth in Exhibit C.
