Standard Commercial Conditions. 7.1.1 The Standard Commercial Conditions applicable to the grant of a lease and as varied in clause 7.2 shall be incorporated in this Agreement insofar as they are not inconsistent with the express terms and conditions of this Agreement and in the event of any conflict between the express terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Standard Commercial Conditions the former shall prevail.
