Staffing Continuity Clause Samples
The Staffing Continuity clause ensures that the personnel assigned to a project or contract remain consistent throughout its duration. Typically, this clause requires the service provider to notify the client in advance of any proposed changes to key staff and may require client approval before replacements are made. By maintaining a stable project team, the clause helps preserve institutional knowledge, ensures consistent quality of service, and minimizes disruptions that could arise from frequent staff turnover.
Staffing Continuity. The CITY and BSO recognize the importance of combining the efforts and resources of BSO and the CITY in order to have a positive impact on reducing neighborhood crime, helping to reduce any community fears regarding crime and thus enhancing the quality of life throughout the CITY. It is further recognized that such a collaborative effort requires law enforcement personnel that have intimate knowledge of the community. In furtherance of such objective, BSO shall make every reasonable effort to maintain the continuity of BSO law enforcement personnel assigned to the District, subject to the transfer provisions set forth herein and to develop and implement community policing initiatives.
