Staff Selection and Assignment. a. The Board will include Administrators, when available, in the staff selection process, including the screening and interviewing of certified and non-certified candidates, giving full consideration to the recommendation of the Administrator who will ultimately supervise the new staff members. The decision of the Board as to the filling of such positions shall, however, be final and non-grievable.
