Staff Development Days. a. Staff development for each of these days will focus on instructional methods, including teaching strategies, classroom management and other training designed to improve pupil performance and academic content in the core curriculum. b. The Staff Inservice Committee will be encouraged to use staff development days within the contractual year. These days shall include, but not be limited to: (1) Planning and preparing the instructional program.
