Common use of Staff Charges Clause in Contracts

Staff Charges. To the extent Cash-based Expenses are incurred by the Contractor, Contractor shall be reimbursed for amounts paid to its employees for the services performed by its employees under the terms of this Agreement at the lesser of the employee’s wage rate as shown in the Budget or the actual wages paid to the employee and applicable at the time the Work is performed.

Staff Charges. To the extent Cash-based Expenses are incurred by the Contractor, Contractor shall be reimbursed for amounts paid to its employees for the services performed by its employees under the terms of this Agreement at the lesser of the employee’s wage rate as shown in the Budget Exhibit F or the actual wages paid to the employee and applicable at the time the Task Work Order is performed.

To the extent Cash-based Expenses are incurred by the Contractor, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for amounts paid to its employees for the services performed by its employees under the terms of this Agreement at the lesser of the employee’s wage rate as shown set forth in each Task Work Order and within the Budget ranges set forth in Exhibit E or the actual wages paid to the employee and applicable at the time the Work is performed. Such billing rates shall not be increased during the term hereof without the written consent of NYSERDA.
