Common use of Staff Associate Clause in Contracts

Staff Associate. An employee covered by this Agreement, may be temporarily assigned for a non-supervisory assignment for a period of up to three (3) years. This period may be extended with written approval from the Union. A Staff Associate shall be paid a differential of one dollar and thirty cents ($1.30) per hour above his/her Technician rate. Note: All Associate vacancies will be filled through the Letter of Intent process.
