Staff Assignment. Each building principal shall have the right to make the determination regarding each staff member's assignment within his/her building. Such assignment shall be made in accordance with Board policies and any applicable collective bargaining agreement covering said staff member. It is agreed that any complaint by staff member regarding his/her assignment shall not proceed above the building level except through a recognized grievance procedure.
