SQL Server. Fail-over Rights

SQL Server. SQL Full Database backups are taken overnight as well as having SQL transaction logs taken at 15 minute intervals. This allows a database to be restored to an overnight position or to be restored to a chosen point in time within the day.

SQL Server. Company acknowledges that SQL Server is required for the Transactional Report Program to run properly. Nuance only provides SQL Server if Company orders the version of the Transactional Report Program that includes a licensed SQL Server component. If SQL Server is provided as a licensed component of the Transactional Report Program, Company shall not unbundle the SQL Server from the Transactional Report Program to use it with any other product or service. Company may opt for a version of the Transactional Report Program without the licensed SQL Server component if Company already has, or intends to acquire, the rights to SQL Server that provide Company the requisite right to use such SQL Server with the Transactional Report Program. If Nuance provides SQL Server as a licensed component of the Transactional Report Program, Company shall not exceed (a) the Core Limit with respect to such SQL Server if the SQL Server is version 2012 or beyond, and (b) the Processor Limit with respect to such SQL Server if the SQL Server is version 2008 R2 or earlier. The Core Limit and the Processor Limit are as indicated in the Applicable Order.

SQL Server. You may only use the Management Tools, Books-Online, and Development Tools included in the SQL Server portion of the Server Software for internal use in conjunction with your use of the SQL Server portion of the Server Software.
