Common use of Spurs Clause in Contracts

Spurs. The System shall be designed to allow the build-out of spurs set forth on Exhibit A-8 to this Schedule A from the backbone network for Pathnet's and Incumbent's own network and internal communications purposes.

Spurs. The System shall be designed to allow the build-out of spurs set forth on Exhibit A-8 A-7 to this Schedule A from the backbone network for PathnetPathNet's and Incumbent's own network and internal communications purposes.

Spurs. The System shall be designed to allow the build-out of spurs set forth on Exhibit A-8 to this Schedule A and Incumbent's existing spurs as provided prior to completion of System Design from the backbone network for Pathnet's and IncumbentLLC's own network and internal communications purposes.
