Spurs Clause Samples
Spurs. Pathnet shall furnish and install all of the necessary equipment to build-out Pathnet's spurs and Incumbent's spurs (as requested and paid for by Incumbent), each as set forth in Exhibit A-8 to this Schedule A in accordance with the Specifications.
Spurs. The System shall be designed to allow the build-out of spurs set forth on Exhibit A-8 to this Schedule A from the backbone network for Pathnet's and Incumbent's own network and internal communications purposes.
Spurs. Pathnet shall furnish and install all of the necessary equipment to build-out Pathnet's spurs and, at LLC's expense and upon reasonable request, LLC's spurs, each as set forth in Exhibit A-8 to this Schedule A in accordance with the Specifications.
