Sprint. Embarq shall allow CLEC customers to retain their current telephone number when technically feasible within the same Embarq Wire Center and shall install CLEC customers at Parity unless CLEC customers currently subscribe to Vacation Service only or are currently in the process of having their service suspended for non-pay. In such cases Embarq will treat the CLEC customer as a new installation at the request of the CLEC.
